Webbiy ("we", "us") builds and hosts websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Account details you give us (name, email, phone), business details you enter into the website builder, files you upload such as logos and photos, messages you send through our chat, and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
When visitors use a contact form on a website we host, the submission is stored and forwarded to the website owner.
To build and host your website, provide support, process payments, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Webbiy provides a website generator, website hosting and optional custom domain services for small businesses.
Free demo websites are provided for evaluation, may display a Webbiy banner, and may be removed after a period of inactivity.
Websites are billed at $9.99 per month and custom domains at $29.99 per year, renewing automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period.
You own the content you add to your website and are responsible for making sure it is accurate and that you have the right to use it, including any sample text or reviews you choose to keep.
You may not use Webbiy for illegal content, spam, phishing or anything that harms others. We may suspend websites that break these terms.
